Fees/Payment
My session fees are detailed at the bottom of this page. Outside of the Meet & Greet appointment, the full fee is due at the time of service and can be paid with cash, check, HSA/FSA, or all major credit cards. Please note that Possibilities Therapy, PLLC does not bill for services or carry account balances.*
*The only exception is for eligible military-affiliated clients in the SOF or SF communities. If this applies to you, let’s chat further about payment.
New Client/Meet & Greet
All new clients begin with a 50-minute Meet & Greet appointment. See below for fee and booking information. The fee is charged only if you choose to continue with therapy. Please see the Meet & Greet tab for more details.
Insurance
I am considered an out-of-network provider. That means payment is due at the time of service, and you would work directly with your insurance company to seek possible reimbursement. It’s important to check your out-of-network benefits in advance if you plan to seek reimbursement. Please see my rates below. Upon request, I am happy to provide a bill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Cancellations
Possibilities Therapy has a 48-hour cancellation policy.
When an appointment is canceled, that time becomes available for someone else who may be hoping to schedule. With little or no advance notice, it is often difficult to fill that time. For this reason, the full session fee is charged for missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. To help prevent this from happening, automated appointment reminders are sent in advance and include the option to cancel or reschedule, if needed.
